Meteorite Necklace W/ Chain Campo Del Cielo 14.3 Grams Real Dinosaur Girl COA 27

Proceeds from the sale of Dino Girl fossils are used to fund my grand-daughter's education. She is finishing up high school and will be entering college to get a degree in Paleontology. Everyone has called her "Dino Girl" since she dug up her first dinosaur bone in my backyard at the age of 4. It has been her lifelong dream to become a Paleontolgist since then. I'm her "Papa Dino" and that's the story of Dino Girl:)

This Meteorite was excavated in Gran Chaco Gualamba, Argentina. Composed mostly of iron, it is classified as a polycrystalline coarse octahedrite meteorite.

The Campo Del Cielo Meteorite landed in Argentina about 5000 years ago. Estimated at over 100,000 tons, it separated into hundreds of thousands of smaller pieces. One of the larger pieces is over 60 tons. Estimated age is 4.5 billion years old. It was formed as part of the development of the solar system.
